ଗୁରୁକୁଳ ଆବାସିକ ବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟ, ଶରଣକୁଳ ପରୀକ୍ଷା ପଦ୍ଧତି ନିମ୍ନ ପ୍ରକାରର ରହିଛି ।
We have the following examinations in our GURUKUL
1.ସାପ୍ତାହିକ(Weekly):- A)ପ୍ରଥମ ସାପ୍ତାହିକ ପରୀକ୍ଷା(The first weekly examination)- ମାସର ପ୍ରଥମ ସାପ୍ତାହିକ ପରୀକ୍ଷା ପ୍ରଥମ ରବିବାରରେ ଅନୁଷ୍ଠିତ ହୁଏ । The first weekly examination of a month is held on the first Sunday of the month. The exam is of objective type and have sixty questions of MCQs. Ten questions from each subject are there. OMR Answer sheets are supplied.
B)ଦ୍ୱିତୀୟ ସାପ୍ତାହିକ ପରୀକ୍ଷା(The second weekly) examination- ମାସର ଦ୍ୱିତୀୟ ସାପ୍ତାହିକ ପରୀକ୍ଷା ଦ୍ୱିତୀୟ ରବିବାରରେ ଅନୁଷ୍ଠିତ ହୁଏ । The second weekly examination of a month is held on the second Sunday of the month. The exam have two parts , Objective part and Subjective part. In the objective question, sixty questions are of MCQs. Ten questions from each subject are there. For which OMR Answer sheets are supplied. And the subjective questions is of 60 marks of which 10 marks from each subject.
C)ତୃତୀୟ ସାପ୍ତାହିକ ପରୀକ୍ଷା(The third weekly) examination-ମାସର ତୃତୀୟ ସାପ୍ତାହିକ ପରୀକ୍ଷା ତୃତୀୟ ରବିବାରରେ ଅନୁଷ୍ଠିତ ହୁଏ ।The third weekly examination of a month is held on the third Sunday of the month. The exam have sixty questions of traditional type i.e. fill in the blanks without options. Ten questions from each subject are there.
2.ମାସିକ ପରୀକ୍ଷା(Monthly):-ମାସିକ ପରୀକ୍ଷା ମାସର ଶେଷ ରବିବାରରେ ଅନୁଷ୍ଠିତ ହୁଏ । This Exam held on the last Sunday of the month. It is a individual type exam. Subject wise questions are set for this exam.
Each subject has two parts , Objective & subjective. The objective question has 25 questions of MCQs. for which OMR answer sheets are provided. The subjective part has long questions of 25 marks.
Total 50 Marks per subject.
3.ତ୍ରୟ ମାସିକ ପରୀକ୍ଷାTrimonthly-ତ୍ରୟ ମାସିକ ପରୀକ୍ଷା ତୃତୀୟ ମାସର ଶେଷ ରବିବାରରେ ଅନୁଷ୍ଠିତ ହୁଏ । This Exam held on the last Sunday of third month(October) of the session. It is a individual type exam. Subject wise questions are set for this exam.
Each subject has two parts , Objective & subjective. The objective question has 50 questions of MCQs. for which OMR answer sheets are provided. The subjective part has long questions of 50 marks.
Total 100 Marks per subject.
4.ଷଢମାସିକ ପରୀକ୍ଷା(Half yearly)-ଷଢମାସିକ ପରୀକ୍ଷା ଡିସେମ୍ବର ମାସର ଶେଷ ରବିବାରରେ ଅନୁଷ୍ଠିତ ହୁଏ ।This Exam held on the last Sunday of December . It is a individual type exam. Subject wise questions are set for this exam.Each subject has two parts , Objective & subjective. The objective question has 50 questions of MCQs. for which OMR answer sheets are provided. The subjective part has long questions of 50 marks.Total 100 Marks per subject.
5.ବାର୍ଷିକ ପରୀକ୍ଷା(Annual)-ବାର୍ଷିକ ପରୀକ୍ଷା ଫେବୃୟାରୀ ମାସର ଶେଷ ରବିବାରରେ ଅନୁଷ୍ଠିତ ହୁଏ ।-This Exam held on the last Sunday of February. It is a individual type exam. Subject wise questions are set for this exam.
Each subject has two parts , Objective & subjective. The objective question has 50 questions of MCQs. for which OMR answer sheets are provided. The subjective part has long questions of 50 marks.
